If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, People Support to join our Human Resources organization. Responsibilities: Apply comprehensive understanding of HR principles and HR related laws and regulations to people issues in all HR areas Manage the operational aspects of HR programs, products and services to maximize the efficiency of the process, ensure compliance and a smooth experience for Offer recommendations to enhance current processes and implement enhancements using technology, offshore, Robotic Process Automation (RPA); draw conclusions and makes recommendations based upon analysis of situation, firm policy, application of relevant employment law and past precedent Provide supervision, direction and guidance to a team of less experienced HR professionals both onshore and offshore Handle employee relations, exit interviews, exit collections, adverse background investigations, develop reports, and process HR transactions Provide advice and counsel to staff in the following areas: resolution of employee questions and concerns related to firm HR policies and procedures, investigation of alleged unfair practices, and career counseling; act as an employee advocate when necessary Qualifications: Minimum six years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably within a professional services environment Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience; PHR certification is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, employment laws and regulations Ability to travel as needed if not located in Dallas KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
