Manager Technical Test Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity As a Test Engineer Manager, you will manage a team of test engineers. You will be responsible for developing talent, managing performance, assigning work packages, budgets and scheduling for a test engineering team. You will be responsible for all aspects of the test life cylce, from the requirements gathering through to a deliverable product. Lead a team in the complete test software process from requirements, design, coding, test review and analysis, through verification, validation, documentation, release and installation Drive a high performance team to successfully turn test requirements into products Mentor test engineers to succeed in a dynamic organization 20 Provide general oversight to test lifecycle 20 Budgeting/scheduling 20 Provide direct and constructive feedback 20 Hiring test engineers/Performance evaluation/ 20 Mentor test engineers/ Coach individuals and teams YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science. WE VALUE A proven track record of increasing responsibilities, leadership development and supervision. Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience, including leading small teams and task delegation. Experience in Avionics Test Engineering, including Requirements Analysis, System Design and Definition, Verification and Validation. Individuals that assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations Effectively using data to make intelligent decisions Ability to drive incremental improvements in everyday situations Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complex tasks.
