Overview
We are seeking a skilled MANTENIMIENTO EXTERIOR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the exterior areas of buildings and facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
Duties
* Conduct regular maintenance on exterior structures
* Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance requests
* Execute facilities maintenance duties to uphold cleanliness and safety standards
* Painted work
* Interpret and follow schematics for maintenance tasks
Skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
* Experience in facilities painting with other think
* License Driver
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.60 - $11.00 per hour
