Manufacturing Engineer Job Description • Lead efforts as team leader for all functions required to meet and deliver customer needs, while meeting manufacturing plans and schedules for assigned programs • Coordinate the development of a general strategy for manufacturing for the programs assigned in terms of cost, quality, process and delivery during proposal and or early program introduction stages • Direct daily communication with the customer • Liaison between Program Office, Operations and customers • Lead transition activities of hardware builds between plant sites • Coordinate activities between Electronics Ops, Engineering and Enterprises • Lead and support process improvement and/or corrective actions initiatives • Provide feedback to all team members to ensure the required level of performance Education / Certifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering 5 years of related experience (SMT, Wave, Coating background preferred) Experience / Qualifications • Proven experience in managing multiple projects and priorities • Excellent communications skills, fully bilingual (Spanish & English) • Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed • Willing to travel as needed • Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) Why Kelly ® ?
