Manufacturing Material Handler

Title : Manufacturing Material Handler Location : Humacao, PR Duties & Responsibilities Coordinates the request and receive of all raw materials/packaging components and miscellaneous with the Central Warehouse according to the Pharma Production Schedules. Identifies, Classifies, Storage and dispatch raw materials/products/packaging components. Keeps inventory of each manufacturing staging areas. Generates Transfer Requirements (TR) documents using SAP system. Performs sampling of purified water systems and environmental microbiological sampling to carry them to the QA Department for chemical/ microbiological testing. Coordinates the receiving and requested of uniforms for new/active employees. Keeps inventory of manufacturing gowning supplies. Performs re sampling of tablets and capsule as required. Coordinates SWABS sampling with the QC/QA department. Provides support to Manufacturing and Packaging roles covering as backup. Inspects and maintains, daily, the Fork Lift equipment in operating conditions as per safety rules and procedures. Participates in the company Annual Material Inventory. Qualifications High School Diploma At least one year experience in warehousing material handling and inventory in a Pharmaceutical industry Forklift license. (Note: If candidate doesn’t have the license the company will provide the training and certification). Basic knowledge in computerized systems Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs. This position will require the employee to work with chemical, radiological or biological agents that may be hazardous to health if mishandled (including agents who made potentially affect reproduction or the fetus or nursing infants). Employees will be required to follow all safety procedures and use personal protective clothing/equipment where specified.
