Manufacturing Project Engineer - Las Piedras, Humacao, Juncos, Pr

Smart Precise Solutions, Inc. is a consulting firm that mainly focuses on engineering-related projects, we are looking for an accountable project engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Main Responsibilities

* Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects
* Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and QA/QC policies
* Serve as a technical liaison with the client and project stakeholders
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
* Perform quality control and prepare regular status reports
* Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
* Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
* 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, CFR, and ISO standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations
* Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
* Active CIAPR membership
* Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
