Qualifications-Associate degree in electronics, electronic engineering technology, engineering or any related technical degree. Prefer certified electrician and minimum two years of experience as manufacturing technician or any related job. Knowledge in safety regulations (LOTO, Machine guarding, Ergonomics, Electrical Safety, etc.).
Essential Functions:
* Analyze, in prompt, efficient and effective manner, possible problem root causes for production equipment; implement the best so
* Repair and maintain electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment in the facility, as assigned.
* Assist engineering department on all equipment troubleshooting and failure analysis.
* Support engineering, EHS, production, facilities and warehouse projects, and other departments, as necessary, to improve processes.
* Support and train Preventive Maintenance Technician, as required.
* Coordinate, overview and document the plant calibration program, as needed.
* Support different work shifts and plant shutdowns, as needed.
* Support emergency response activities, as required.
* Comply with EHS requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
