Aguadilla, #### 00603 Duties and Responsibilities: Provides test set up and test execution support whenever necessary. Supports testing in assigned work areas by performing maintenance, repair, and upgrades for test units and tools as they relate to hardware, software, and firmware. Acts as first-level responder for correcting issues and defects on testing and equipment. Ensures that all repairs, maintenance, and upgrades are done in a timely manner; owns primary responsibility for personal workflow management. Escalates new issues to Tech Leads in order to ensure the problem is resolved and key learning is retained. Completes reworks, upgrades, and repairs as requested. Monitors test output via consistent interaction with Leads and test operators to confirm that all problems are found and resolved. Adheres to processes as defined by management and other stakeholders. Meets or exceeds all performance goals and expectations. Minimum Job Requirements
Associate or Bachelor’s in sciences or technology degree, or equivalent education in a technical field. Minimum of 2
- 4 years of experience as electronics, repair & maintenance professional. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computers, including experience with uploading and troubleshooting equipment software issues, detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office; Ability to read and interpret simple programming languages. Possesses a good balance of electrical, electronic, and mechanical skill sets. Proficient in interpreting, initiating, and following email and voicemail communications. Ability to write clear documentation for assigned tools, processes, and workspace. Can solve practical problems and deal with several variables in environments with limited standardization. Demonstrated ability to interpret, create, and follow instructions in a variety of formats, including written, oral, diagram, and schedule form. Ability to perform intermediate-level math. High initiative and self-motivated, able to learn and develop new skills on the job. Good people skills; able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with peers, partners and team members. Good team management skills; able to effectively communicate in a direct, specific, and non-punishing manner. Ability to build good working relationships with partners and costumers.
