The Marketing Intern provides support to the Professional Products Division (PPD) team and will be responsible for orders processing, keep up to date the inventory according to each territory, supporting marketing team with product launch and distribution of promotional material, among others.
Key Responsibilities
Main responsibilities of excellence in the role necessary to achieve goals and business objectives
1. Keep up to date the inventory in Style my App according to each territory.
2. Responsible for the distribution of promotional material and collateral.
3. Prepare and send commercial invoices to distributors y fowarders
4. Support marketing team with product launch.
5. Responsible for the translation of marketing material.
6. Keep One Drive files up to date.
7. Free goods orders for Education Managers (e.g. Redken, Kerastase, Mizani, Matrix/Biolage & Pureology)

8. Support local IT team with Salesforce.
9. Create and modify order forms in SAP for all brands.
10. Process all internal and USA house account orders.
11. Perform any other job related duties as required or that may arise in the future.

Education

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
