We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts for an international organization based in St. Maarten (Dutch Caribbean).
This is an on-site role, ideal for experienced professionals currently residing on the island or nearby.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and lead marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
* Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms
* Manage marketing team and support sales alignment
* Oversee brand management, local market engagement, and new product launches
* Monitor marketing performance and report on KPIs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
* Manage the marketing budget and optimize spending
* Ensure internal and external communications align with brand goals

*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role
* Experience in brand management, campaign planning, and team leadership
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
* Strong communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Budget management experience
* Knowledge of Caribbean markets and multilingual environments (preferred)
