Plans, develops and implements assigned advertising, marketing, and promotional projects within Marketing Division. Coordinates projects and activities/events for marketing products or services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
:Organize, develop, execute and implement marketing and promotional needs, associated with sponsorships and/or event activations.
:Coordinate and attend, as necessary, event activations. Complete post event assessment including financial and results analysis reporting.
:Deliver results in compliance with business goals while being effective and efficient analyzing efforts outcome and optimizing campaigns.
:Develop monthly or as per needed reports, dashboards and presentations to monitor and optimize efforts. Assure data integrity and quality.
:Coordinate, execute and manage signage and merchandising purchases and events scheduling calendar. Evaluate and maintain current inventory reporting.
:Gather and analyze data to provide timely actionable insights before, during and after marketing strategy, plans and efforts are implemented considering: competitive landscape, market, customer data and trends.
:Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to contribute to business objectives, while capitalizing on customer analytics. Align products and services with customer preferences following a customer centric strategy.
:Effective budget management while looking for efficiencies. Proactively generate, monitor, track and reconcile monthly budget and vendor invoices for payment in a timely manner.
:Proactively connect, communicate and involve relevant parties in the development, implementation and results of initiatives. 13;
Minimum Education 13;
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications 13;

Experience 13;
4+ years of marketing experience, project coordination and/or event management related roles.

Other Qualifications 13;
:Demonstrated experience in the execution of marketing strategies
:Demonstrated experience in organizing, planning and executing promotional/sales events preferred.
:Strong project management and organizational skills
:Computer proficiency Microsoft Office. Advanced skills in Power Point and Intermediate Excel.
:Experience preparing executive summary and writing presentations in English.
:Excellent command of the written and oral English and Spanish communication skills.
:Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure with tight deadlines.
:Self:motivated, excellent time management and prioritization skills.
:Flexible schedule. Ability to oversee the execution of events in weekends and/or nights.
:Ability to initiate, execute and deliver overlapping projects with a degree of independence.
