Marketing & Sales Manager - Director

Descripción del Empleo:
Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to support Business Units.
In alignment with Finance Manager, establish sales and budget projections.
Develops Salesforce and Customer Service footprint to maximize business opportunities and maintain optimal service levels among existing customers.
Responsible to develop and execute the direct selling strategy to drive growth through case referrals.
In aligning with the Finance Manager develop sales incentive plans to ensure alignment with business strategy and growth opportunities.
Contract and manage external agencies to establish digital media efforts, PR and advertising initiatives.
Responsible for the execution of sales plan and it's results.
Perform customer field visits with Sales Representatives.
Requisitos:
Results oriented, Problem Solving Skills, Leadership - Proactive.
Customer & Service oriented.
Strong Analytical Skills - financial and Operational.
Strong verbal and written communication skills - both english and spanish.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Marketing or Management).
3 to 5 years experience in sales preferably for Healthcare, Insurance or Communications Industries.
3 to 5 years of experience in sales supervision - as supervisor, manager or team leader.
