Master Lead Beauty Programs

About the Role:

As a Master Lead Beauty Programs, you will be responsible for leading and managing the beauty programs at NUC University's Technical Division IBC Aguadilla. You will be expected to develop and implement innovative and effective beauty programs that meet the needs of our students and the industry. Your major end result will be to ensure that our students receive the highest quality education and training in the beauty industry, and are well-prepared for successful careers in this field.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in developing and managing beauty programs
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with others

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience teaching or training in the beauty industry
Experience working with diverse student populations
Experience working in a higher education setting
Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative and effective beauty programs that meet the needs of our students and the industry
Lead and manage the beauty programs at NUC University's Technical Division IBC Aguadilla
Ensure that the beauty programs meet the highest standards of quality and excellence
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the success of the beauty programs
Provide guidance and support to students to help them succeed in their studies and careers
