Mechanical Project Manager

Will be responsible for: 1. Bidding and managing of mechanical/piping construction projects 2. Field oversight and crew supervision 3. Evaluate the contractual scope of work 4. Plan, organize and hire staff for key project positions. 5. Initiate and maintain liaison with clients to coordinate scheduling activities and facilitate successful construction activities.Requirements**Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering**10 years experience in bidding and managing multimillion dollar mechanical-piping projects with proven successful track record of execution**Project management skills including documentation, cost control, and scheduling with Primavera and Microsoft Project**Outstanding organizational and leadership skills**Competent in OSHA, ASME, and NBIC code requirements**Available to work extended hours and weekends.Please send resume and contact info to
