Responsibilities:
Conduct product demos for hospitals and clinics (Ultrasound or Patient Care Solutions).
Install and configure systems according to customer needs and manufacturer standards.
Train clinical and technical staff on proper equipment use.
Provide advanced user and technical support, remotely or onsite.
Assist sales and service teams with product knowledge.
Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
Stay informed on new technologies and healthcare industry regulations.
Follow up after installations to ensure proper function and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences or related field (Ultrasound or Patient Care Solutions).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical applications, especially in ultrasound or PCS.
Valid Puerto Rico driver's license.
Strong presentation, training, and customer service skills.
Solid knowledge of Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluent in Spanish; functional English communication.
Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and travel across the island as needed.
