We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medico Primario to join our healthcare team in the following areas: Bayamon y Rio Grande.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role is essential in delivering comprehensive health services and managing patient health effectively.

*Responsibilities*

* Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine medical conditions and treatment plans.
* Provide primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
* Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Stay current with medical advancements and participate in ongoing professional development.

*Experience*
Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in the following areas:

* Experience of 3-4 years in clinic outpatient setting
* Proficiency in systems related to patient management and healthcare delivery.
* Familiarity with pathology for effective diagnosis of diseases.
* Experience in addiction counseling to support patients with substance use disorders is a plus
