The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customers/merchants calls, utilizing company policies and resources to solve customers/merchants technical issues. Our Tech Support Representatives are the first point of contact for customers' equipment issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to smoothly troubleshoot and make accurate decisions.'
