• Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the application to meet the customer’s needs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.
• Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, System Design or related field, and/or 2 to 5 years equivalent job experience.
• Experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions.
• Direct, hands-on experience with automated software management tools.
• Knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).
