General Description
Sell mortgage products to potential clients contacted through different internal channels, such as: telemarketing, internet and refferals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages and monitors the referral program.
Participates in sales initiatives according to business needs.
Handling calls for orientation, pre-qualification, sales and origination of mortgage loans, according to the prospects.
Minimum Education
+ 60 Bachelor's degree credits approved in Business Administration or Marketing
Experience
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in sales and customer service.
Other Qualifications
Knowledge in mortgage products (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.) (Preferred)
Basic knowledge about the principles and processes to provide clients a personalized service.
Knowledge in mortgage banking, state and federal applicable regulations to the industry. (Preferred)
Excellent listening skills. Able to understand what client’s express, clarify information through questions in order to identify their needs.
Able to use marketing, cross-selling and consulted sales techniques and strategies.
Planning and organization skills.
Knowledge in MS Office programs like: Word, Excel and others necessary to perform job functions.
Knowledge and good use of the English and Spanish language:written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills.
