Full Time Opportunity 13; 13; General Description 13;

Comply with investor requirements within the investor remittance and reporting process. Assure monetary balancing and or compliance of transaction processed. The main function of this position is verify daily reports and determine applicable actions, interpretation of data, make reports and tables in Excel of cases repurchased, reclasses and sold, among other tasks. Also prepare monthly remittances, check bank account to ensure that funds are available at the time of investor disbursements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;

Accurately process all investor remittances and reporting as indicated within the investor guidelines and our own internal procedures. Ensure proper documentation of transaction is kept and is sufficient to meet internal and external auditors. Check Cognos and the cancellation report (P110) that is received daily to see if there were cancellations in the biweekly loans and report the cancellation to Fannie Mae. Prepare remittances balances and advances for the Scheduled / Scheduled Portfolios. Verify that the bank accounts have the money for the advances for the payment of the remittances. Investigate the cases rejected daily in all the lenders to resubmit. Create the Excel requesting the reimbursement of the soldiers monthly. Work with assigned special projects. Build transactions in Excel to process MBS sales and reclassifications, this is a high volume of loans. Support the team in additional tasks as needed. And other assigned tasks.

Minimum Education 13;

Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting.

Experience 13;

At least one year of related experience in mortgage.

:Basic knowledge in mortgage loan administration processes.
:General knowledge in Cognos.
:Ability to identify problems, analyze their cause, and use initiative and judgement to solve them and make decision.
:Capacity to work in teams and collaborate with peers in order to meet common goals.
:Customer service skills
:Sense of urgency to attend situations.
:Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure.
:Oral and written proficiency in both English and Spanish.
:Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook. 13;
