A Brief Overview

The Branch Supervises a team of Mortgage Account Executives to drive sales, support clients, and ensure compliance with productivity and regulatory standards. Accountable for adhering to the Bank's BSA, AML and OFAC policies. Employee must follow procedures developed in compliance with these policies and report any suspicious activity as required.

What you'll do

· Supervise assigned sales team and ensure mortgage production goals are met monthly.
· Lead team meetings to discuss performance, set goals and provide coaching.
· Evaluate team performance and support development plans aligned to business objectives.
· Coordinate branch visits and marketing activities to promote mortgage services.
· Analyze daily production reports and ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
· Guide clients through mortgage application, pre-qualification, and loan program selection.
· Review customer credit, income, and financial documentation to determine eligibility.
· Ensure all customer files are complete before submission to Processing.
· Support the Processing and Closing units to guarantee seamless client experience.
· Oversee updates to the Referral Program in Velocify and CRM platforms.
· Participate in employee recruitment and onboarding.
· Represent the team at conventions and promotional events.
· Provide cross-functional support to other Mortgage Sales centers.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Formal Education

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

· Mortgage Banking coursework preferred.

Knowledge and Experience

· 3 to 5 years in mortgage origination and team leadership.

· 3 to 5 years in Banking Industry.
