Mortgage Technician

Full Time Opportunity 13; General Description 13; The main function will be office duties of moderate complexity and responsibility that involves the processes and customer services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;

Responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks associated with the maintenance and monitoring of flood insurance policies. Work on special projects as assigned in the flood insurance area. Ensure that the payment of the policies is met monthly as it expires. Work and analyze the duplicities of payment and cancellations by duplication of cover. Make sure to work reports related to the insurance unit and the electronic transmissions for the massive payments of the unit.

Education 13;

+ 60 Bachelors degree credits approved

Experience 13;

At least one or two years of related experience in insurance and analytics.

:Ability to identify problems, analyze their cause, and utilize initiative and judgement to solve them and make decision.
:Capacity to work in teams and collaborate with peers in order to meet common goals.
:Customer service skills.
:Sense of urgency to attend situations.
:Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure.
:Oral and written proficiency in both English and Spanish.
:Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
