Nutritionist -

We are looking for a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to evaluate the health of patients, advise patients on which foods to eat and which to avoid to improve their health, and document patients? progress Will facilitate daily Nutritionist functions like keeping track of patients records and supporting them in their nutrition issues. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Nutrition as well as general administrative responsibilities and have to be able to work from Maunabo to Ponce, P.R. Responsibilities •Assess patients? and clients? nutritional and health needs •Counsel patients on nutrition issues and healthy eating habits •Develop meal and nutrition plans, taking both clients? preferences and budgets into account •Evaluate the effects of meal plans and change the plans as needed •Promote better health by speaking to groups about diet, nutrition, and the relationship between good eating habits and preventing or managing specific diseases •Create educational materials about healthy food choices •Keep up with or contribute to the latest food and nutritional science research •Document patients? progress Skills •Nutrition Bachelor degree completed •Proven experience as an Nutritionist •Being able to work from Maunabo, P.R. to Ponce, and P.R. •Puerto Rico valid driver's license •Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint) •Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to handle data with confidentiality •Good organizational and time management skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: $36,000.00 /year We are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to excellence, diversity and inclusion. , ,
