Qualifications and Skills Bachelors/Masters in Accounting 2 to 5 years’ audit experience, including experience as an in-charge auditor Ability to direct an audit engagement through all stages from planning to issuance of deliverables, and ability to ensure timely completion of all components of the engagement Strong technical knowledge and skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Strong project management skills Team management skills - the ability to coach, motivate and direct a team of people Excellent verbal and written communication skills CPA or active CPA track professional. Education: Bachelor's (Required) License: CPA (Required)
