Primary Function: Responsible for the management of accounts receivable and managing the evaluation of credit orders to encourage sales. The process is carried out in a SAP system environment. Must ensure the assigned AR (account receivable) portfolio is managed with the highest level of accuracy, integrity, punctuality and customer service. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Handle phone calls / Customer Service Work with sellers to resolve situations that prevent the payment of Grainger credit accounts. Identify, attend, and solve problems or conditions that causes overdue payments or arrears situations. Investigate credit sources or commercial references. Authority to assign and approve lines of credit according to our policy. Understand the customer needs Verify the accurate account information Keep accurate customer information in the files In conjunction with the sellers, effectively manage the customer data base Proactivity Investigate commercial and banking references Perform other tasks as dictated by the business Required Experience: High school diploma/GED Effective communication skills with internal customers and / external contacts Good analytical skills, ability to work with multiple tasks Great customer service Ability to work under stress situations with professionalism Knowledge of Microsoft and SAP applications.
