We take incoming calls for account maintenance and account inquiries related to debit card holder?s accounts for recipients of federal benefits. Answer questions related to the account balance, last few transactions/deposits etc. ? NO SELLING/UPSELLING INVOLVED ?? Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints while following policy/procedure ? Gather information, research/resolve inquiries ? Document each call appropriately and according to policy/protocol. Ability to multi-task with technology efficiently- type while talking and navigating screens ?
