Marketing Officer

General Description Plans, develops and implements assigned advertising and marketing efforts to support products and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Gather and analyze data to provide timely actionable insights before, during and after marketing strategy, plans and efforts are implemented considering: competitive landscape, market, customer data and trends. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to contribute to business objectives, while capitalizing on customer analytics. Align products and services with customer preferences following a customer centric strategy. Deliver results in compliance with business goals while being effective and efficient analyzing efforts outcome and optimizing campaigns. Develop monthly or as per needed reports, dashboards and presentations to monitor and optimize efforts. Assure data integrity and quality. Effective budget management while looking for efficiencies. Proactively connect, communicate and involve relevant parties in the development, implementation and results of initiatives. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing Experience Three years of marketing experience, preferably within the financial services or banking industry. Other Qualifications Demonstrated experience in the execution of marketing strategies Strong project management and organizational skills Computer proficiency Microsoft Office. Advanced skills in Power Point and Intermediate Excel Experience preparing executive summary and writing presentations in English Excellent command of the written and oral English and Spanish communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure with tight deadlines Self-motivated, excellent time management and prioritization skills Ability to initiate, execute and deliver overlapping projects with a degree of independence Competencies Accountability Analytical Discipline Collaboration & Teamwork Change Agent Customer Centric Self Development Business Excellence Character SDL2017
