Position Summary: The position is responsible for the administration of procurement activities and supplier management for assigned commodities and products. These activities would include making and executing decisions to ensure uninterrupted quality products / MRO's (maintenance repair orders) material flow or service delivery while perform negotiation to obtain the service, quality and lowest total cost. The objective is to optimize supplier relationship while maximizing value and ensuring optimal service and quality level in support to the operations. Requirements: Master's Degree in related field (Preferred) and/ or Bachelor's Degree in related field. One(1) to three(3) years’ experience in similar role. Full Bilingual - written and spoken English & Spanish. Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point). Basic cGMP knowledge. Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP, FDA & EHSS regulations. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Lean Six Sigma Tools knowledge and expertise. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to follow written procedures and/ or verbal instructions communications by telephone, fax or shortwave radios. Knowledge of Statistical software and calculations. Strong GMP knowledge, 21 CFR Parts 210 & 211, ICH Q7A, Eudralex and other applicable to API & FG. Strong OSHA & EHHS knowledge. Why Kelly ® ? At Kelly Services ® , we work with the best.
