Deberes y Responsabilidades 1. Ensambla cablería y equipo electro-mecánico. 2. Sigue los JIS para hacer su trabajo. 3. Lleva a cabo tareas tales como alambrado, ensamblaje mecánico y limpieza, retoques y retrabajos entre otros. 4. Participa en los esfuerzos del equipo para asegurar una operación profesional, limpia, eficiente y consciente de la calidad. 5. Cumple con las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía. 6. Mantiene un récord aceptable de asistencia y puntualidad. 7. Produce la cantidad requerida de trabajo de buena calidad . 8. Sigue las reglas y prácticas de seguridad y organización de su área . 9. Informa correctamente la labor realizada. 10. Mantiene su equipo y áreas circundantes limpias y organizadas. 11. Participa en los adiestramientos de EH&S según programados. 12. Apoya activamente los esfuerzos de la organización para cumplir con o exceder las metas y planes de EH&S. 13. Recomienda mejoras a las prácticas de EH&S. 14. Ejecuta otras tareas relacionadas según asignadas. 14. Debe entender inglés y español. Education /Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., H.S.E.D., GED) Diploma de Escuela Superior o su equivalente o una combinación de adiestramiento, educación y experiencia Basic Qualifications: No requiere experiencia previa , or minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Proficient with precision measuring instruments; i.e. micrometers, calipers, 6" scales, etc. Nothing matters more to Collins Aerospace than our strong ethical and safety commitments.
