GrowHealthy Regional Manager of Retail Operations will help scale our store operations and develop processes for the GrowHealthy Dispensaries within their region. This is a remote position that requires a large portion of time spent in the field within the designated region. Locations in Region Currently (Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, North Miami, Daytona, Orlando, Brandon, Gainesville, Lakeland). Region locations subject to change as we continue to grow. Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities. Develop and roll out processes for day-to-day retail activities as needed Support store growth by leading cross-functional team on operational execution leading up to new store opening Develop and maintain a procurement system for all store supplies Partner with logistics on ongoing delivery SOP and ad hoc needs for events Partner with Visual Merchandising, Brand and Creative on operational aspects of floor sets Partner with Back of House Store Leaders to optimize BOH capacity Drive profitability and scale in our retail fleet Requirements Required Experience, Education and Skills Bachelor's degree preferred 8 years of retail operations experience, with wide ranging retail ops knowledge, from procurement to facilities to BOH best practices Must have Multi-unit management experience Fluent in retail math and able to build models in excel Experience both at corporate and hands-on in the field Ability to evaluate and execute smart risks SDL2017
