General Description

Provides business office clerical assistance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supports the Process unit in order to guarantee it’s proper functioning. Requests, analyzes, registers and distributes work related documents. Offers excellent customer service via telephone to our internal and external clients. Searches for digital information and adequately manages the data entry system

Minimum Education

+ 60 Bachelor's degree credits approved

Experience

Basic knowledge in mortgage banking or clerical, office experience.

Other Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills

Fast data entry ability

Skill to work with documentation and fully digital file.

Analytical and highly organized

Able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at the same time

Ability to work in a high pressure environment and meet deadlines

Team work oriented and able to have good interpersonal relationships

Intermediate knowledge of the English language, verbal and written

Knowledge and experience working with MS Office programs like WORD, Excel and Outlook
