Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
:Receipt of documents of cancellation (P181).
:Classification of documents of cancellation.
:Correctly distribute Cancellations documents every day, keeping control of cancellations received from Payment Processing unit and or Accounting and Transaction unit, including cancellations of Virgin Islands loans.
:To identify loans that require to be investigated to complete the cancellation information.
:Allocate the task of appropriate investigation according to the type of research that apply DVPF, DPVC or DPVH.
:Request collateral loans cancelled to their respective custodian.
:Monitoring the receipt of collateral for loans canceled.
:Support in the process of allocation of TASK by task.
:Meet internal or external customers who visit us.
:Meet couriers who visit us for the collected collateral.
:Complete applications through Mortgage Portal System.
:Preparation of special reports.
:Maintenance of Share Folders.
:Complete Task Tracking in MSP.
:Support Special Projects.
:Complete applications received through Mortgage Portal System.
:Transit of records management.
:Review, preparation and shipment of the production miscellaneous.
:Attend various internal audits and external.
:Review : Quality Control of scanned records.
:Support in review and preparation of the miscellaneous production.

Minimum Education 13;
+ 60 Bachelors degree credits approved 13;

Experience 13;
Two (2) years of experience in similar position or tasks.
