Full Job Description

Janssen Ortho LLC, a pharmaceutical company of Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a bilingual Omnichannel Lead to develop the Janssen Experience Transformation initiative within the Janssen Puerto Rico organization. This position based in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, will report directly to the Commercial Excellence Director.

The role will support the Business Unit Managers (BUM’s) on the development of the brands Omnichannel strategy and will work together with the local Integrated Strategic Team (IST) to define the Omnichannel brand priorities. This role will lead the brands Omnichannel capabilities and functionalities development and implementation.

The role will also include establishing, measuring and continuously reporting out operational KPIs. In addition, will implement business requirements, partnering with technology teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place and will partner with training manager for the development of training platforms that drive omnichannel capabilities adoption and “culture, organization transformation”.

Key Responsibilities:
Analytics:
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize Omnichannel strategy and execution.

Lead story development and provide analytical solutions.

Serve as a key strategic advisor to commercial leaders in settling fit-for-purpose analytics capabilities to support emerging and existing business needs.

Tech and Data Strategy:
Identify key technology-solution needs, working with Janssen IT, USA Brands Omnichannel Lead and therapeutic area marketing teams.
Work with Janssen IT team to craft a seamless experience bringing together partner/vendor and IT platforms.

Build data strategy and lead innovation efforts to improve data robustness and reliability for the priority brands Omnichannel.

Leadership:
Manage relationships and conduct overall project management with Janssen IT, Sales and Marketing leadership, brand teams, external vendors, and other partners across the USA Omnichannel Operations team and Commercial Excellence.

Act as an internal consultant, proactively identifying and developing solutions to bring continual innovation to Janssen.

Lead budget management, prioritization, project prioritization and scenario planning across the team.

The Omnichannel Lead will be responsible to define and track key operational-performance metrics for the Omnichannel execution and deliver regular updates to the Leadership Team (once per month/quarter).

Qualifications

Education:A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field is required.

Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Analytics, Operations, IT, Sales or Marketing is required.

Bi Lingual:Fluency in Spanish and English

Strategic and analytical problem solver.
Ability to develop a strategy as well as drive execution.

Proven skills for problem solving and issue handling.

Expertise in domain specific data sets of pharma and specialty pharmacy data sources (including Patient level data, Sales data sources) is preferred.

Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal relationship building

Proven track record to lead a team

Ability to influence all levels of the organization and to engage across a broad range of business partners and functions

Ability to connect and quickly build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
Able to influence, drive adoption of new processes & tools

Strong digital literacy, including web applications, MS Office and Tableau database applications is required.

Pharmaceutical experience is highly desirable

Willing to travel in and out of the island 10% of time.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Proficient:Excellent skills in writing, reading and speaking.
