*On-Site HR Coordinator*
Advance Services is hiring an On-Site HR Coordinator for one of our top clients in Juana Diaz, PR! The On-site Recruiter position is an exciting opportunity for an organized professional with a sense of urgency to reach goals.
*Duties/Responsibilities:*
Coordinate recruitment efforts to meet staffing demands
Ensuring business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are being met
Applicant recruiting, conducting interviews and selecting candidates for the site
Keeps good record on all applicants and employees
Reporting performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management
Responsible for full-cycle onboarding; including completing all government regulations concerns I-9's or E-Verify program
Promote safety incentive programs for employees
Must be knowledgeable in injury prevention and workers compensation claim procedures including the workers compesation paperwork.
Implements and handles customer requested orientations and training, safety programs
Analyze the specific demands and technical needs of every role.
Community Involvement and special projects as assigned
