On-Site Supervisor

*Pay: $20 - $22/hr. *

*Description:*
We are currently seeking a Bilingual On-site Supervisor to join our team in Arecibo, PR. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, fostering a culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. *Responsibilities:*
* Maintain schedules and order reports, ensuring smooth operations.
* Complete assigned duties and special projects efficiently.
* Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
* Implement HR directives and initiatives effectively.
* Supervise and direct shift personnel to ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
* Coordinate with HR on various employee-related matters such as hiring, compensation, and disciplinary actions.
* Perform administrative tasks including timekeeping, recordkeeping, and paperwork accurately.
* Understand the roles within the department and provide training and evaluation as needed.

*Qualifications:*
* 1-3 years of prior leadership experience.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Fluency in both Spanish and English.
* Reliable transportation.
* Proficiency in Excel, email communication, and report generation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 10 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
