Operation Manager - Passengers

Responsible for the direction and management of all On Board and Terminal Operation, including Passengers Services aboard and ashore. The Passenger Operation Manager will drive the company’s achievement of revenues at terminal and on board goals.
Requisitos:
• To ensure that the service offered ashore (at terminal) result to be the expected and offered to the clients, and being a leader in building a culture of exceeding customer expectations.

• To ensure that the service offered aboard (at the ship) result to be the expected and offered to the clients.

• To link operation on land with the operation on board to maximize resources and maintain a high quality service.

Bachelor degree is required
