Operational Loan Technician

Full Time Position General Description The main function is verify daily information and determine applicable actions, interpretation of data and others functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process mortgage payments from the Mortgage Servicing, Default Management and Collections business. Management of monetary transactions, registration of GL entries, monetary squares, among other tasks related to the Unit. Service our internal and external mortgage servicing customers, focusing on exceeding rather than complying with their requests and referrals. Generate disbursements and related accounting entries in the different systems, safeguarding assets and internal controls. Education 60 Bachelor's degree credits approved Experience Minimum of one (2) year of experience. Other Qualifications Ability to think critically and analytically. Computer oriented including knowledge on Microsoft Office applications with special domain in Microsoft Excel. Oral and written communication in both English and Spanish. Ability to work under pressure and with multiple task at the same time. Capacity to work in teams and collaborate with peers to meet common goals. Must be detail oriented and organized. General knowledge in MSP. Ability to work with strictly confidential information. Basic knowledge of accounting, experience in handling monetary transactions and the mortgage business. SDL2017
