*RESPONSABILITIES:*
* Ensure all plant areas are properly equipped and comply with HACCP, USDA, FDA, and local health regulations.
* Implement and monitor compliance with GMPs and SSOPs.
* Oversee adherence to company policies, procedures, and union agreements.
* Manage resources effectively, emphasizing human capital.
* Execute and track operational, financial, and strategic plans.
* Participate in audits, inspections, and internal communications.
* Supervise food and equipment handling processes.
* Act as liaison between operations and support departments, including cost and accounting.
* Prepare and manage departmental budgets and employee schedules.
* Coordinate with union representatives to resolve grievances.
* Obtain client documentation and ensure operational readiness.
* Lead and support department heads in their duties.
* Continuously seek improvements and business growth opportunities.
* Report critical issues to management and make prompt financial adjustments when needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Business Administration or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
* *Experience:* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in administration and supervision within in-flight services, manufacturing, or food service operations.
* *Knowledge:* Strong understanding of business unit financial management and controls, specifically in food and beverage.
* *Language:* Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
