Full-Time Position Location : PEARLAND, TEXAS, USA Responsibilities:
Shares experience from an operational and maintenance point of view with the engineering design team. Ensure timely end user input through all phases of the project. Responsible to ensure the execution of the project does not interfere with ongoing operations. Integration of the site functional personnel in the process of technical solution finding and thus gaining operations acceptance. Responsible to develop SOP’s to support the facility operation. Supports the project team CQV execution activities. Develops and maintain an Operational Readiness Plan or sub-plans that include activities such as System Acceptance, Documentation and Training, Maintenance and Calibration and Sampling Plans, etc. which are associated with the manufacturing start-up of the facility and in support of the long-term steady state operations.
Requisitos:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate will possess the following combination of experience, knowledge, and skills: • Engineering bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical project scheduling is ideal • Experience in project planning/scheduling within the pharmaceutical industry • Requires strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and database applications• Ability to work under pressure (timelines and deadlines) when required • Fluent in English and Spanish.
