Assist the Project Manager’s team in performing pre-application evaluations to determine
IPG feasibility of projects presented by applicant-entities and prepare and provide
reports to the Project Manager to present results and recommendations to PRDOH.
Recommend projects for full development and review applicant-entities work plans for
development of projects.
Coordinate work plan for environmental review performance with PRDOH staff or 3rd party
environmental professionals, where required.
Coordinate and perform review of applicant-entity’s construction documentation. The
review must include consideration of project feasibility, required CDBG-DR Special
Conditions, agreement on the scope of work with the applicant-entity, and cost
estimates prepared by the applicant-entity.
Prepare and communicate results report of project reviews to PRDOH.
Requisitos:
Must have a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience working in public relations field.
Bilingual; have the ability to speak, read, write, and effectively communicate in Spanish
and English.
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience that supports familiarity with, and
the ability to discuss and confer with applicants regarding commercial, industrial, and
mixed-use development, inclusive of feasibility studies, financial markets and project
financing, environmental site assessments, entitlement processing, construction of new
and rehabilitation of existing commercial, industrial and mixed-use venues, tenant
improvement requirements, tenant attraction and leasing, infrastructure improvements,
and other development requirements.
