SUMMARY
Part-Time Recruiter will post job opportunities and search for candidates from various sources, interview, and refer / coordinate in-person or video-call interviews.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Post opportunities on different job boards.
Search potential candidates from different sources.
Make screening calls, and coordinate in-person or video-call interviews.
Create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

REQUISITES
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or similar area.

Minimum three (3) years of proven experience working with recruitment platform such as Fieldglass, Agile, etc.

Experience with resume database, social media recruitment sources and professional networks.

At least one (1) year experience working as Recruiter for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.

Possess verbal and written communication skills, Spanish and English languages.

Experience with MSOffice and its applications (Word / Outlook / PowerPoint / Excel).

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Salary: $9.00 to $11.00 /hour
