Responsibilities Ramp Agents: Marshalling Loading and Unloading of Cargo, Mail and Baggage. Lavatory Services Potable Water Service Cabin Cleaning Towing and pushback Load Control, Communications & Flight Operations Rental of ground service equipment Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Customer Service: Passenger check-in & baggage handling Lost & Found Ticketing & Sales Meet & Greet Passenger on the arrival & departure of flight. Support Services Assistance to Passengers with Special Needs Catering & Ramp Security Services Aircraft Search ?
