Pastry Chef/Baker

Biocann Caribbean, LLC is looking for a full-time Bakery Technician that can help the company reach new and higher levels of performance. The main goals of this position are to help clients with correct use of Biocann's products.
The Bakery Technician will coordinate technical assistance to improve the better use of our bakery and pastry products. This position is responsible for maintain and develop the product knowledge in the company.
Responsibilities:
· Able to prepare a wide variety of chocolate bread and pastry products from scratch
· Support products introduction and demonstrations.
· Coordinate and execute all technical assistance related to bakery and pastry manufacturing
· Develop, plan, organize, and conduct formal training sessions for bakery and salespeople staff
· Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications/Required Skills:
· 3+ years of experience as Bakery and Pastry Technician
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong and creative problem-solving skills
· Proven ability to multi-task, manage short and long-term projects
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
· Strong influencing skills and effective relationship management with a focus on superior client service and proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment
