Descripción del Empleo:
Responsible for payroll processing and record filing, ensuring that employees receive correctly payment with appropriate retentions. Analyzes, reconciles, and adjust general ledger accounts and prepares necessary reports that represent accurately the corporation’s financial position. Perform tasks related to the accounting cycle and financial processes. Learn different employee benefits and payroll policies for proper account analysis and posting of payments.
Requisitos:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, Finance or Human Resources, preferably, with one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a computerized accounting environment with payroll functions, preferably in the Health Insurance Industry.
