We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments.
*Responsibilities*
* Process payroll for employees using ADP
* Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
* Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
* Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
* Assist in journal entries related to payroll transactions
*Experience*
* Data entry accuracy
* Knowledge of technical accounting principles and financial concepts
* Experience in payroll management and processing
* Familiarity with tax regulations related to payroll
* Previous experience as a payroll clerk or similar role is a plus
