Achieve your ambitions—join us at JLL JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a Compliance Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience, conducting internal compliance audits and investigations, analyzing data, and must have experience in a GMP manufacturing setting. Ideally this person will also have some basic exposure to running or interacting with a pest control program in a GMP setting as this role will oversee the on-site pest control vendor relationship. RESPONSIBILITIES Understand and ensure compliance in a GMP space / area Customer Focus: A true innovator and genuine service-oriented individual that can continuously monitor established program procedures and resolve internal issues and customer complaints concerning program and/or service Communication: Directly interface, both verbally and written, with clients and program owner. Must be polite, professional, friendly, tactful, and respectful Compliance: Ensure fully compliance with the pest control program and quality metrics Reasoning skills: Investigate problems and bring professional advice based on Service Provider recommendations Start and support pest sighting investigations Supervise service provider to ensure that program expectations are followed and achieved Inspections: Conducts planned inspections of the buildings to ensure integrity of structures, walls, doors, premises, pest control devices, housekeeping, and personnel practices Hold service provider accountable for delivering high quality service Analytical Capability: Analyze trends and utilize data to anticipate and proactively address issues in program Data entry in tables and verification of data entered by another work partner Understand building drawings required to perform the job. Submit changes of pest control drawings when applicable. Driving Skills – a clean driving record is required Math Skills - interpretation of basic graphs with data representative program performance Physical Abilities - physical strength and stamina, physically active (frequent walking, climbing, kneeling, stooping and crawling). Work at outdoor and indoor environments. Utilization of hand tools required to complete the job Support pest collections for identification Maintains and assures execution of program work schedules EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Science, or another relevant field is desired but not required; experience in lieu of degree will be considered Relevant experience in Pest Control Experience in GMP environment and requirements Continues Improvement KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Industry Expertise: Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP controlled environments preferred Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Knowledge of CMMS, Trackwise QMS, and SAP systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must Documentation skills (GMP documentation in hand writing and computer-based applications) and accurate writing reports Spanish and English proficiency Ability to develop and scrutinize pest sighting data, reports, and graphs Details oriented Excellent PC skills, proficient in all MS applications, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint GMP | PEST CONTROL Proven capabilities on addressing and remediating of pest sightings and investigations in a GMP Manufacturing Facility Ability to establish rationales on Pest Control Best Practices Ability to prepare and analyze Pest Control Trend Reports which can be scrutinized by Regulatory Agencies Experience in auditing GMP programs is desired Knowledge in entomology and common insects' behavior What you can expect from us – We're an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
