REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
* 2+ years in financial analysis, cost accounting, or inventory analytics
* Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling)
* Experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations is a plus
* Analytical mindset with operational awareness
* Ability to translate data into business decisions
