Plant Operator

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Plant Operator to join our team. The Plant Operator will be responsible for overseeing plant operations and ensuring efficiency in production processes.

Duties

* Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in the plant
* Monitor the production process and adjust variables as needed to optimize output
* Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential improvements
* Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in plant operations is preferred
* Knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Shift availability:

* Day Shift (Preferred)
* Night Shift (Preferred)
* Overnight Shift (Preferred)
