We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Pool Attendant to join our team at Dorado Beach. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests by maintaining a clean and organized pool area. You will also be responsible for enforcing pool rules and regulations, responding to guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities may include:
* Assist in all opening and closing tasks including raking sand, blowing and cleaning leaves, opening and closing umbrellas and having rafts available.
* Clean and maintain the pool deck throughout your shift.
* Maintain restroom throughout your shift.
* Enforce all club rules.

Rate:
$11.00 per hour

Job Requirements:
* Fully bilingual (Spanish & English).
* Full availability weekends and holidays
* Quick, efficient and detail oriented.
* Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required.
* Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations

Working Conditions may include:
* Work hours include days and evenings on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
* Ability to sit, stand, or drive for extended periods during your shift.
