Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of pool guests by monitoring the pool area and enforcing safety rules
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting and assisting pool patrons
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including restrooms and surrounding areas
- Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may occur and take appropriate action
- Assist with pool events management, including setting up and organizing equipment
- Handle cash transactions for pool admissions and concessions
- Provide food service to pool patrons, including taking orders and delivering food items
- Assist with crowd control during busy periods and manage any conflicts that may arise
